Boca Takes Two in SJSL Play

The Jersey Shore Boca U13s and U11s were both in action this weekend at Toms River High School North in the second round of the fall 2001 SJSL season.
The Boca U13s, under the direction of Coach Walt Pericciuoli, took the pitch in the opening game of the Sunday double-header against a strong side from Pennsauken. The U13s worked hard the entire match. The end result in favor of Boca 1-0. The Boca U13s improved their record to 1-1-0.
In the second game of the day, the Boca U11s squared-off against Voorhees, another South Jersey powerhouse. After 70 minutes of play, Boca ended up on top 2-0 to achieve the second shutout of the day. The Boca U11s remain undefeated at 2-0-0.
Both the Boca U13s and U11s are in action next week again at home in SJSL play.
