Boca U12s continue to win in SJSL action

The Boca U12s faced off against the Pinelands SC last night, Oct. 17th under the lights at Bey Lea in a SJSL regular season match.
The setting was different, but the results were the same, another win for Boca’s newest team. With the victory, Boca moves into sole possession of 1st place in their SJSL U12 division.
Boca started out quickly taking an early 2-0 lead, and were never really challenged as they posted a 4-1 win.
The U12 team still remains unbeaten for the fall. According to Coach Walt Pericciuoli … “we didn’t play that well, even though the ball bounced our way a lot. I thought the boys made a lot of errors. I would like to see our play improve with each match and that just didn’t happen tonight. Over all, I am impressed with our progress. I just want the boys to know we have a long way to go. Now is not the time to rest on our laurels”.
The Boca U12s continue SJSL action on Sunday 10/22.
